A written guarantee

A written guarantee is a published rule, not a slogan in a footer.

If a payment we got wrong causes a fee, the written guarantee is the document that says we cover that fee. It is not a vibe. It sits next to the four dated stops because those stops are how you prove what happened. Scheduled, Debited, Delivered, Confirmed: each dated, each downloadable. The guarantee reads against that record.

You should not pay a late fee because our rail misfired. The file is the argument.

What it covers: fees caused by a payment we got wrong. What it does not cover: a debit that failed because your account could not fund, a date you changed after the window, or a property that charges for reasons that have nothing to do with Nopona. Failed funding pauses the schedule. That pause is visible. You fix the account. The rail resumes. That is a stopped payment, not a wrong payment.

Who it is for: renters who pay from the app, including Free. Free is $0: rent by transfer no fee, three bureau reporting, owner funded Rent Credit when the building is in network. Membership is $39 a year or $4.99 a month for out of network and roommates. Building is $5 per occupied unit per month. The guarantee is not a paid add-on. It is part of paying on this rail.

Read it before the first debit. Then check the building. Then schedule. Legal pages live at /terms-of-service. Compare plans at pricing. Dated proof, then a written rule about our mistakes.

Policy, not a favor

What the written guarantee covers

Late fee after we miss

If you funded and scheduled, and we miss after that, we cover the late fee caused by our miss.

NSF caused by our error

If our error triggers NSF on a payment we were responsible for sending, the published policy covers that fee.

What it does not rewrite

It does not erase your obligation to fund on time. It covers fees caused by a payment we got wrong.
