Dollars off next month. They sit until you use them.

If your building is in network, owner funded Rent Credit can apply to next month rent. No points. No catalogue. Credits name their funder, and the building can print on the credit. You still pay on the four dated stops. You still get three bureau reporting on Free. Out of network, this door is closed and the screen says so. Check the address first. Then join Free.

Free is $0: transfer no fee, reporting, credit when funded. Membership is $39 a year or $4.99 a month for out of network and roommates. Phone (888) 791-7006.

Owner side

Set a budget. Kill switch. Residents enroll themselves.

Building is $5 per occupied unit per month. You name the funder because you are the funder. Watch who paid. Flip the kill switch if you need the program off. You do not run a paper campaign in the lobby. Renters check the building, enroll, and pay on the rail. Confirmed payments are still what furnish. Credit is the rent-back layer on top of a working rail.
