Do I need to live in a partner building?
Check your address first. In-network buildings fund extra rewards. Out of network, your rent still gets verified and reported. You just will not earn from the building.
Does this help my credit?
Turn reporting on and we send on-time rent to Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion for free. Lenders decide the score. You can switch it off anytime.
How do rewards actually come back?
Rent Credit is money off next month. It does not expire. Every credit shows who funded it. Neighborhood cash back is from shops near you.
What do I get with Membership?
$39 a year or $4.99 a month. Split rent with roommates, skip the out of network fee, get faster support, and earn more around the neighborhood. Most people pick this one.
Is there a plan for buildings?
$5 per occupied unit a month. Owners confirm who paid, set a reward budget they can turn off, and get residents onto Nopona without a sales call.
What if you miss a month of reporting?
If we verify an on-time payment and fail to furnish it, we refile it with all three bureaus at our cost and credit you a year of Membership. That is a published policy, not a favor.
