Do I need to live in a partner building?
Check your address first. In-network buildings fund extra rewards. Out of network, you can still pay and report. You just will not earn from the building.
Does this help my credit?
Turn reporting on and we send on-time rent to Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion for free. Lenders decide the score. You can switch it off anytime.
How do rewards actually come back?
Rent Credit is money off next month. It does not expire. Every credit shows who funded it. Neighborhood cash back is from shops near you.
What do I get with Membership?
$39 a year or $4.99 a month. Split rent with roommates, skip the out of network fee, get faster support, and earn more around the neighborhood. Most people pick this one.
Is there a plan for buildings?
$5 per occupied unit a month. Owners see who paid, set a reward budget they can turn off, and get residents onto Nopona without a sales call.
What if a payment we sent is late?
If we miss after you funded and scheduled the payment, we cover the late or NSF fee. That is a published policy, not a favor.
