Type the address first

The address is the first product, not a marketing quiz.

You type the building. The screen answers with a fact: in network, or not. That fact decides whether the property can fund Rent Credit. It does not decide whether you can pay rent from the app, or whether on-time payments can furnish to all three bureaus. Those stay on Free either way. The check exists so you do not find out later, after you already scheduled a debit.

Nopona Housing Solutions Inc. built this order on purpose. Renters 24 to 38 in professionally managed buildings, household income $75k+, are who the product is for. The building still has to be named. An account is not required to run the check. If the screen and the lobby plaque disagree, re-type the address carefully.

How to read the result

In network means the building can put dollars on next month as owner funded Rent Credit. Out of network means you can still pay and report. You earn nothing from that building, and the screen says so in plain language. Membership is the plan for out of network renters and roommates: roommate split, priority support with an SLA, and a higher neighbourhood rate. Free stays $0 either way: rent by transfer with no fee, three bureau reporting, and owner funded Rent Credit when the building is in.

In network is a funding path, not a VIP club.

When the property is in, Rent Credit can print the building name on the credit itself. Credits name their funder. Dollars sit until you use them. There is no points math. The owner or manager who enrolled the property set the budget. You do not negotiate it in the lobby.

Building plan for owners and managers is $5 per occupied unit per month. They get a kill switch, a written budget, and residents who enroll themselves. Your job as a renter is still the same: check first, then pay on the four dated stops.

Out of network is still a working product.

You can schedule rent. You can watch Scheduled, Debited, Delivered, Confirmed. Confirmed is what furnishes. A written guarantee still covers fees caused by a payment we got wrong. Three bureau reporting still sits on Free, with up to 24 months added back. The only thing missing is building-funded credit. The screen will not pretend otherwise.

After the check, the rail is the same.

Pay from the app. Bank transfer is the default. Cheque only if the property requires it. Each stop is dated and downloadable. If a debit fails, the schedule pauses until you fix funding. Then reporting can happen, because there is a confirmed payment to furnish. Type the address. Then join Free or see plans at pricing.
