On time, and free, is a reporting product. It is not a teaser.
You pay rent from the app. On-time confirmed payments go to all three bureaus. Furnished free. You can add up to 24 months back. That is the reporting product sitting on Free, not a paid add-on you unlock later. Equifax, Experian, TransUnion. On-time only. Confirmed stops on the rail are the ones that furnish. If there is nothing confirmed, there is nothing to report. Check the building first, then pay so there is a file.
Free is $0 for every renter: rent by transfer no fee, three bureau reporting, owner funded Rent Credit when the property can fund it. Membership is $39 a year or $4.99 a month for out of network and roommates. Building is $5 per occupied unit per month. Reporting does not move between those plans. It is on Free.
Lookback sits next to ongoing furnishing. Up to 24 months back is the lookback. Ongoing is every new confirmed on-time stop. Both are part of what you get. Four dated stops. A written guarantee for fees caused by a payment we got wrong. Then the bureau file can exist.
Rent Credit is a different door: dollars off next month, sitting until you use them, naming their funder. Reporting is a bureau record. Credit is rent you do not pay next month. You can have both on Free when the building is in network. You can have reporting without credit when it is not.
