Four dated stops. You watch the money, you keep the file.
This is not a status email you cannot show anyone. It is a rail with four named stops, each dated, each downloadable. You set the amount and the date. Nothing moves until then. Bank transfer is the default. Cheque only if the property requires it. Confirmed is the stop that furnishes to the bureaus. The other three exist so you can see the path.
You lock the debit date.
Scheduled is a promise with a timestamp. You pick the day rent leaves. If you need to change the date before it fires, you change it in the app. The file for this stop is the schedule itself. Keep it. This stop ends the argument about when you intended to pay.
The transfer leaves your account.
Debited means we pulled rent on the day you chose. If funding fails, the rail does not pretend the money left. The schedule pauses until you fix the account. Free plan: rent by transfer, no fee. You are not buying a debit.
It lands at the property.
Delivered is the arrival. Transfer to the building account, or cheque if they require it. This stop exists because we sent it is not the same as they have it. You can download the proof. Membership adds an SLA for out of network and roommate cases. The stop itself is on every plan.
Posted, filed, reportable.
Confirmed is the record we report from. On-time confirmed payments furnish to Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion, free, with up to 24 months added back. A written guarantee covers fees caused by a payment we got wrong. Check the building first. Then pay on this rail.
