This is not a status email you cannot show anyone. It is a record with four named stops, each dated, each downloadable. You set the amount and the date. Nothing is reported until it is paid. You pay however the property already accepts. Verified is the stop that furnishes to the bureaus. The other three exist so you can see the record build.
You lock the due date.
Logged is a promise with a timestamp. You pick the day rent is due. If you need to change the date before it fires, you change it in the app. The file for this stop is the schedule itself. Keep it. This stop ends the argument about when you intended to pay.
You pay the property yourself.
Paid means you sent rent your own way, on the day you set. If it does not go out, the record does not pretend it did. The month stays open until you close it. Free plan: no fee. You are not buying a payment.
We match it against your records.
Verified is the match. Your bank record, the property's confirmation, or both. This stop exists because you paid it is not the same as we can prove it. You can download the proof. Membership adds an SLA for out of network and roommate cases. The stop itself is on every plan.
Matched, filed, furnished.
Reported is the record we furnish from. On-time verified payments furnish to Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion, free, with up to 24 months added back where your records support it. A written guarantee covers reporting we got wrong. Check the building first. Then start the record.
